scracted lens port, does it make a difference?

i have scratced off some of the coating (antifogging/anti reflect?) on the inside of the lens port of my housing by using tissue to clean it . although the scratches (ugly patches!) are in strategic positions they didnt appear in my u/w photos or sealevel shots.

indeed the scratches are visible when viewing the lens port from a distance of at least 6 inches. if you put the port to you eye they are invisible. are there conditions where inside scratches will affect certain shots? like night dives etc? thanks
 
You might have an issue with flare if you are trying sun balls, but at night should not be a problem.

It was cause a very definite blur in the photo if a light source is shining towards the camera. I just saw an example of this with my friends pics via a scratched dome port.
