Have older, successfully modified ikelite housing (Nikon 8008) now housing d50. Looking to use sb800 for strobe. Fantasea makes housing, is there a synch cord for this arrangement? I like idea of double duty of land/sea strobe. Will also make older sb25 into slave. Good idea??!!

The Fantasea FSB800 strobe housing comes with a Nikonos 5 pin sync cord. Not sure what's on your Ike case, if it's an Ike bulkhead, I think there is an adapter (ike to nikonos?), or you could change out the bulkhead...? With the 5 pin Nikonos bulkhead you will be able to have full i-TTL with the housed SB800 and the D50. Using the other strobe as a slave should work but you'll probably need a #6300 optical sync cord and the second strobe will just be in manual mode.
