As of today, we are pretty confident that our new search function is working properly. Our regular quick search from the Navigation bar, or the advanced search are faster and better than ever before. Searching for common words used on the forum and searching through millions of posts now yield results in less than 1 second.
NetDoc and I would also like to thank eva2000 for his support with this project. Previous efforts to install this module properly didn't have such great results. We had to call on a true vBulletin guru for support on this matter, and I have to say that so far... the results are nothing short of astounding!
Remember that in Advanced Search there are many additional options you can select to hone in your search results. Faster searching of ScubaBoard means a faster ScubaBoard all around. Almost every page on this site is created from a search in one way or another. This functionality should make your browsing experience more enjoyable!
