Hey guys,
I've been in the sport for a good amount of time, and much of my youth was spent diving elsewhere, but rarely locally. I recently am getting back in to the sport after a short hiatus. I'm currently stocking up on gear, as I want to be self contained in the sport. Recently, I've started working at a company where I may have the chance to Scuba during work! After mildly helping out with simple tasks, I was hook, line and sinker back into the sport. I'm looking forward to meeting new faces, and possibly a dive buddy :)

Welcome to Scuba Board and back into the addiction.

Thanks for your encouragement :) I'm sure I'll fit in here with all the other addicts!

Thanks so much, I will definitely check out the local section. I'd love to get involved in a group, as I only have a limited amount of friends that wish to dive!

If you are looking to get back in touch with diving in San Diego then check out San Diego Underwater Adventures www.sduadivers.com in Clairmont Mesa. Their gas fill memberships cannot be beat anywhere.

Also join www.sdtechdiving.com for local discussion, and info/photos of local dive sites and wrecks. There are a few members who like diving the beach, but most of us favor deep wrecks. I am hitting a new one tomorrow morning in 310'.

welcome aboard

Wow.... I'm only registered as an open water diver, however as of November 9th I'll be starting up the advanced program.

Sadly, I haven't done too many dives in San Diego, and I hope to explore much of it. My lack of boat transportation will most likely lead me to plenty of shore dives as well. 310'!?!? That's incredible!

welcome aboard

Thanks!
