As I started to build my technical diving gear piece by piece, in January I purchased a pair of Salvo SR3 regulators with SRX seconds (DIN). These are environmentally sealed regulators. Since I average a weekend of technical diving work a month, they are not heavily used.

I am now about to make further purchases, including regulators for stage bottles, etc. As I do, I am reconsidering the Salvo regs in light of the company going out of business. I may replace them as part of my next phase, assuming I can get a decent price for them here.

I would like to get $200 for EACH SR3/SRX set, with the hoses. (one long; one short)

Because Salvo is out of business, anyone who wants to use these should be prepared to make do with future servicing. The regulators are made by the same company that makes Dive Rite and Sea Elite regulators. In fact, the only difference between the Salvo and its Sea Elite equivalent is the name on the second stage. The Dive Rite Hurricane is essentially the same regulator, but it is cosmetically a little different. Anyone who can service those other regulators can service the Salvos.

Is that $200 for two sets of SR3 and SRX regs? To be clear 2 SR3's and 2 SRX's. I am interested. Also what length of hoses and type?

Sorry--it is for each.

I am pretty firm on that--in fact, I'm having second thoughts about selling them at all.

One hose is 7' and the other is 22".

In that case I will pass. They are great regs, and assuming excellent condition, worth what he is asking.

Thanks for the reply John.
