Retail and Online Retail Sales Associate We're seeking a sales associate to help us with sales, inventory, and to provide customer service. The position requires the candidate to be able to understand scuba diving equipments and underwater photo and video equipments.
Responsibilities Include:
- Directing traffic to our websites
- Posting products and deals on online forums and communities
- Developing relationship with forum members
- Creating and executing marketing promotions
- Sourcing new products
- Providing retail customer service
- Communicating and building relationships with suppliers
- Seeking potential advertisement partners and affiliates
- Processing orders
Requirements:
- Must have a passion for scuba diving and underwater photography
- Must be very internet savvy and open to communicating with customers
- Have actively participated in online forums
- Have some background knowledge about scuba diving and underwater photography
- Active scuba diver or underwater photographer
- Goal oriented
- Must be able to communicate fluently in written and spoken English
Preferred:
- Experience with retail and customer service
- Experience with online order processing
- Experience with advertising and marketing
- Experience with inventory management
Wholesale Sales Associate
Business analyst to grow the wholesale aspects of the business through strengthening the relationship with our existing dealers and gaining new sales channels.
Responsibilities include:
- Growing the sales channel and overall sales
- Developing relationship with retailers and channel partners
- Creating a domestic and international wholesale network
- Setting up dealer accounts
- Providing wholesale support
- Creating and executing marketing promotions
Requirements:
- Experience with sales and business development
- Have an understand the products that we sell
- Goal oriented personality who are comfortable making cold calls
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
Preferred:
- Industry connections and experience
- Certified diver or active underwater photographer
Processor and Inventory Clerk
Help manage business as our number of sales continues to grow. The processor and inventory manager is responsible for making sure the customers receive their orders quickly and on time, and will need to communicate with suppliers and customers for special order and out of stock items.
Order Processing and Online Catalog Management
Responsibilities include:
- Manage orders on our web store, Amazon, and eBay
- Communicating with customers regarding their order status
- Communicating with our suppliers
- Process online orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Pack and ship packages
- Manage inventory count and inventory flow
- Making purchase recommendations
- Making sure our catalog is up to date
- Compile inventory reports
Requirement:
- Must be able to quickly learn about the different products from different suppliers
- Must be proficient with using the internet
- Must be abel to type at least 40 words per minute
- Have experience in similar type of work
- Must be able to pay attention to details
Preferred:
- Any operations experience working in a online retail business
- Experience with any eCommerce order process flow
- Experience shipping with UPS, FedEx, and USPS
- Experience selling on eBay, Amazon, or any eCommerce platform
