hi, im an amateur diver who plans to visit sipalay where there are seahorses from what ive heard? ill be flying to bacolod and will go staight to sipalay for a dive. i know it's not safe to fly after diving.. so diving after flying is no problem, right?

thanks :)

diving after flyin is not the problem . the problem is where we decompress futher afterdiving .

your comp sould give you a no fly / safe to fly time after a dive but 24hrs is recomended

Just ensure you stay well hydrated on the flight with a lot of fluid intake - preferably water or fruit juices. Avoid coffee, coke & alcohol on the flight. The cabin humidity is really low (like in a desert) and dehydration increases risk of DCS.
