I'm moving to Washington in September and looking for a compressor. Willing to bet this won't be available then unfortunately

Wow, that needs a lot of TLC.

It's an older model and the serial number you have is too long, at least from memory.

Things to look for are stainless steel heads with bolts in the top, dual belts, and a heavier duty black fan. I can't see anything except the older model fan.

If anyone is interested in it, have them take the belt cover off.

I'm by no means a professional at these, I own one and really like it. I know just enough about them to maybe be dangerous to myself
