I just bought another one on ebay for the same price. It seems that they are available used or refurbished for less (200-280s) but new is pretty much $325 and up. Amazon had them for less than $300 during their Christmas sales, missed that.

I paid $289 for it at a local camera shop just before Thanksgiving. They actually matched the sale price of B&H.
Great price, unfortunately B&H now shows the S95 as discontinued.
