Hi,

I've been working on a scubapro s600 with the the older adjustment knob setup ("Config B" on the Service Manual). Does anyone have the schematic for that variation or know the correct o-ring sizes for reassembling?

I'm specifically looking for o-ring sizes for this step:

The knob assembly was changed in November 2002 and only a couple of earlier iterations came with the knob you are working on. It was widely rolled out in August 2003. It was deservedly changed, as the old adjustment knob was a pain to work on, unless one bought the very special tool (43.300.227) to adjust it while pressurized.

The O-rings in question are:
  • 01.050.138 - BS1806 011 (1.78 x 7.65 | 90 Shore | NBR)
  • 01.050.360 - Parker 5-179 (1.02 x 6.07 | 70 Shore | NBR) - A close but not perfect match will be a metric O-ring according to ISO3601 1.00 x 6.00
  • 01.050.145 - BS1806 012 (1.78 x 9.25 | 85 Shore | EPDM) - You need two of this
  • 01.050.147 - BS1806 013 (1.78 x 9.25 | 85 Shore | EPDM)
Bonus points for the new knob assembly for not coming with silly O-ring sizes like the 01.050.360. Parker-series O-rings can be hard to come by aftermarket unless one is willing to buy a few thousand, which surprisingly isn't all that expensive. Still, upgrading the knob may be the prudent thing in the long run.

Thanks for the details! I'll need to wait for Buddhasummer's next order as I don't see the assembly available for sale anywhere.

In the meantime, this is just what I needed
