I have a vendor mention something about S2000 and D2000. is it true?

"The main difference between the two strobes is that the D2000 comes with a focus light and uses a T-configuration flash instead of a single flash bulb. The power output from the D2000 is also higher as compared to the S2000. The price difference between is that the D2000 cost SGD180 more. Based on your camera setup, I would advise use the D2000 strobe instead for better power output and light coverage. "

No.
If you believe what the manufacturer says, the power output is the same and with diffuser (included with s2000) coverage is about the same.
BTW, if you have the Ike housing, you already have the TTL circuitry for the Ike strobes. You can probably get a used DS125 pretty cheap and that might be your best option if size is not a concern. If size is a factor, I recommend the s2000.
Any of them will work well for you.

The D2000 in practical terms is more powerful than the S2000 despite what is often said, noticeably so particularly in terms of coverage and when using a diffuser. The biggest difference to me is the inclusion of the useful EA mode in the D2000.
