auto but i adjusted the output after shots where i didn't like the lighting...was gonna go back out with the 27DX but they changes our sea conditions here and i couldn't get in the water :(
 
F8-1/250-ISO 80 for the nudi

F5.6-1/250-ISO 80 for the clown and feather duster
 
Push the shutter speed to 1/500 or faster as it will get an even blacker background whilst your subject will still be nicely illuminated
The STTL system is real time so should still keep working at speeds higher than 1/250 contrary to what happens with real TTL
