Just got back from a short dive trip and on the last two days I had some issues with the zoom not working on the housing. I was thinking that the camera wasn't snug enough in the housing. I gave the back of the housing a good tap and it began to work again. It looks like it just comes out of the "notch" in the housing that operates the zoom in/out. Anyone have this problem and have a fix for it?

Ha Ha! When shooting macro. There is just no such thing as close enough! I am shooting with 2 stacked INON 165's. When the zoom gets stuck I am usually zoomed all the way out and need to push in a bit to avoid vignetting.

With a close up lens you want to use full zoom or there is no benefit using the lens
It would seem that there is some grit in the button if this has suddenly appeared
Soak the housing in warm but not hot desalinised water overnight and the push all buttons and levers using an old toothbrush to go in crannies and small areas
