Not sure of the question but this seems like a continuation of the trend of downsizing and consolodation in the SCUBA industry. Of course, not unique to SCUBA, but the industry seems hard hit by both Covid and the lack of new divers pre and post Pandemonium. The industry probably hit harder in the last decade by declining consumers is photography so add declining SCUBA starts and declining photography interest and the result is industry consolidation, regrouping and price increases from remaining players and product selection narrowing.

Could be good, could be bad, not sure. For whom the bell tolls, it tolls for thee.
