Great photos! I'd never guess it was your first time. Excellent job! :thumb:

Very fine job...
Thanks for sharing.

Hi,

Excellent first attempt!!! "funky03" is extremely well composed. I started off with MMEX-II and my first attempt was dreadful.

This shows that you don't need expensive equipment like housing, the type of camera to have great photos.

Funky picture is actually part of the roll that i shot twice (not intentionally of course) - i was very upset until i discovered that pic - sometimes mistakes actually result in good outcomes The first time it was wide angle and the second was marco - so the combination is kind of unusual.

:)

In the first webshots album, all wide angle shots are on Kodak E100VS and most of macro on Fuji Velvia (50). The second album (link on a left side there) is on Kodak Gold 100.

Camera set up for 20mm lens was 1/60 and f-stop between f/8 and 1/16 (when shooting up). Strobe YS-60 on TTL 50% of the time and the rest on manual "full" with diffuser - for the life of me can't remember which shot was on which.

For macro it was f/22 and 1/125 - strobe on TTL (for the next time, i will hold the strobe instead of fixing it on the strobe arm).

I scanned my slides on Minolta DimageScan.

Vlada
