On each fin there are 3-4 holes for bungee strap “perfect fit” Allen wrench adjustment (think drysuit to wetsuit & vice versa) and two (2) - (1/8”) plugged blade holes (from previous Speed Pods) neither of which affect these phenomenal fins. Bungees are brand new. Allen wrench included. $130 out the door, includes shipping (in original military requisition box) to lower USA 48. Checks or Western Union only.
