I'm looking for alternative fresh water stores to do open water dives 1&2. The blue heron Bridge is becoming increasingly busy. I currently use Lake Denton in sebring and tigertail lake in Dania. If anyone has any ideas, for blue heron alternatives, please post. Thanks!

I've done no freshwater diving since moving to South FL but those are the only two I've heard of. I've never been to either though, I've just seen posts of instructors using them for training. There's also Jules in Key Largo which is salt water but a sheltered site many use for instruction when the seas are up.

I've trained in both Jules and Tigertail. I prefer Tigertail 10x over Jules. From what DMs told me Tigertail is cheaper, too.

Tigertail for Open Water, and Jules for Nav - as the vis can be 10ft when there are others training there.
