I am curious about organizing and running dive trips for small groups, 2-10 people. I have manany years diving experience, I am a non teaching OW instructor, and have 7 years working in a dive shop in the 70s and 80s. I’ve run trips for the dive shops I worked in and organize trips with friends now but thought I might do this as a side business (I’m retired). Does anyone have any pointers, informational resources etx and running such an operation? Thanks
