RSTP Streaming

I have many Tsunami and personal videos on my website http://www.aok3.com/ . I am trying to get them to stream were as now you first download them and then play them. I have obtained real producer and created .rv files that support multiple bandwidths. When I try to add hyperlinks such as rtsp://……. Fire fox does not recognize rstp and Microsoft Internet Explorer says they are unavailable. What am I missing?
