Royal Caribbean Cruise lines has signed a 30 year lease with Honduras for their cruise dock. The future plans consist of building a muck larger dock and waterway out and on the shallow reef. Currently there is just a single dock and some morrings for the ships yet the new plans will consist of a major project filling in a very large area of the shallow reef area to make way for more parking and retail dock space as well as extending the dock to accomodate at least 2 cruise ships.
