Hi there, is a 3mm suit suitable for Belize and Roatan for early May?

Don't know about Roatan, but a 3mm is ample for Belize now. I've done several dives in the past few days in just shorts and teeshirt and haven't felt cold, except briefly at the end of a long third dive of the day. Mind you, today is the second day we've had to suspend operations because of strong winds.

Really depends how warm or cold blooded you are. I'd be wearing my 1mm.

Flip side from Scubadvngrl- I dive in shorts and a skin shirt all year round.. Certainly a 3 is more than enough. Too much for some.
