Reviewer/English teacher help needed

I have been working on an article for publication for quite some time now. It has passed peer review, but got kicked back for editing. One of the comments was it needed a thorough review for grammar and usage.

I don't have easy access to an English teacher and was hoping someone here could lend a hand.
