Best place I've dived in my 6 years certified. Divemaster Rafael a total pro, as was Captain Jainey. I was the only tourist and they took me wherever I wanted to go. Viz was low after the horrible mudslides (that almost killed the Captain). The Octopus Garden hotel was well run by Mardi. The food was great. Angel organised my trip and added a tour of the canal and Ciudad Panama on our trip back to the Hotel Riande Aeropuerto--near Tocumen Airport, with free good breakfast and shuttle. Probably the best dive trip I'll ever make.
