Replacing SSI OW card

So I certified with SSI way back in 1985 and only certified as OW. My diving experience is nothing special but I can handle my own. I misplaced my card and am not sure the route to take. The kicker is the LDS I certified with is now closed. Any ideas?

log onto the web site and look yours self up then order the replacement card. If you cant find it do you have the log entry for your course completion? if so send that to ssi or take it to a ssi instructor and he can et one for you.

Contact SSI directly. They may have records that far back.

are you NASDS converted to SSI when they absorbed us?

One problem you might have is they had a fire some years ago and a lot of records were lost. Be as specific as you can about dates/shop name etc. when you contact them.

Maybe call and talk to a person instead of sending it in and waiting for a response.
