replacement weight pouch?

My wife bought a new Dacor Elle BC and on her third dive in Belize lost one of the integrated weight pouches. It just fell out. Does anyone know where we can get a replacement pouch and does anyone know if there has been any retrofits to this BC to help prevent this?

There is no elle bc in the current dacor catalog. I remember the extremelle from about 12 years ago. Does this bc have an integrated neoprene vest? and does it use velcro to hold in the pockets? if so then I would seriously doubt that replacement pockets are available, since this design predates mares buyout of dacor and their subsequent cessation of support for the old line.
