Slide the hose protector down. That will expose the female side of the quick disconnect. Using (adjustable) wrenches on the two nuts unscrew the quick disconnect. Note that there will be a spool at this connection. Reassemble with new hose. That is what I do for the Suunto quick disconnect.

are we talking about the "boot" for the console? You usually pop/pry/lever the gauge out the face of the console, and then you can swap the hose. Then, push the whole thing back in. Sometimes some hot water is used to soften the boot some...
