I am not sure if this is the right forum, but I thought I would give it a try.

We are considering adding rental cameras to our rental inventory. We have not done this in the past, but we have had many requests for rental cameras.

Does anyone have a rental agreement for cameras that they are willing to share? I want to protect our shop from the negligent use of the camera, but I can't seem to find any such agreement.

Thanks!

One suggestion as someone who has a bit of experience in this aspect. Rental cameras will get flooded to save yourself some hassle and angry customers - use one of the new digital cameras that are themselves waterproof and add a case. When the customer floods it (and they will) and comes back to the boat with stories of how it can not possibly be their fault you take the camera and case rise the inside with fresh water and everything is as good as new no hassle on who pays for replacement and everyone is happy. The initial cost is a bit more but not much but it saves tons of hassle and cost in the long run.
