Remembrance for Marcia (Quero) at DEMA?

I made mention of doing some kind of get together at DEMA to remember her and a couple people have expressed interest. If this sounds like a good idea let's try and set something up. I can do thursday or friday. Does not have to be anything elaborate. (though she was certainly worth it) Maybe just dinner or lunch one of those days. let me know your thoughts. Did not want to clutter up the other thread doing this.
Oh dates would be Nov 7th or 8th.

While I appreciate your suggestion, I don't attend DEMA and suspect that many of those who thought well of Marcia don't either. So I wouldn't want to rule this out as an idea (and if you'd like to "raise a glass to her" by all means do so) but think that an "official" recognition should be more inclusive for ALL board members, regardless of their location or avocation. I don't know if her family has yet indicated a charity or cause that she would have liked to support but that would be where I would be inclined to look.

You would not have to attend the show to meet in Orlando for lunch or dinner . Not complicated or elaborate. Just suggested it as there will be a lot of people who knew her from this board there. And there could be more than one memorial. I will be there and likely the only place I'd be able to make as I hope to have a new job after first of the year and vacation time will be starting over.
