What are you trying to do with it? Looks like it’s chloroprene rubber, somewhat similar to this: UreCoat™ Product Information. I just got some Urecoat in the mail today, getting ready to test it for sealing neoprene, chloroprene, trilaminate and latex as an alternative to aquaseal.
