Relaxation, Food and Cold Beer At Montego Bay?

We are going to Montego Bay, Jamaica for a day in May. We are looking for a relaxing beach bar and grill to hang out in for a few hours to eat drink and be merry in. We want a very reasonably priced place, preferrably with happy hour all day.
The second choice would be a place that does not have a view of the water.

So please let us know if you know a favorite place that fits what we are looking for. We do not want to be ripped off with high prices or bothered by panhandlers. Thanks, randy

I guess no one had a good suggestion. From what I have read about port authorities at Montego Bay, I will not get off there! The same goes for the cruise stop at Belize. Randy
