I have a scuba max that looks almost identical, the only difference I can see, is that were you have no logo on the purge cover, mine has a screen printed Scuba Max.

ODS clone of some sort.

It's made by Ocean Divers Supply. I have an Oxycheq one. I't identical to this one, but has a different cover (mine has a metal ring identical to the one in post #3) and the screw on the adjuster knob is covered by a glued on rubber thingy. The one I have is identical to the one in post #3. The body,exhaust tee, and even the mouthpiece are identical seam for seam.
