I'm looking for the manual to overhaul a ScubaPro, MKV, Balanced 2nd stage, Pilot, and a US divers micra

It is my understanding that the Valor is a Micra clone (and the pictures in Vance Harlow's reg book appear to confirm this). If this is the case, I may be able to help you out.

If you cant overhaul a MK5 wihtout a manual you might want to get the book too since it is about the second simplest reg in the universe.
