I am not versed into how a regulator works. Is there a reason why the DIN ones are more resilient ?AFAIK, the ACD issue only applies to the yoke models, not DIN. I've been very happy with the ACD feature on my (DIN) regs.

Check the thread link from @uncfnp for details. In brief, the loose part can create a restriction/seal on face of some yoke valves, but face of DIN valve is different.I am not versed into how a regulator works. Is there a reason why the DIN ones are more resilient ?
