Registration Problems, Confirmation Letter Not Received

I have recently received emails from two people who have tried to register for SB but could not complete the process. One explained that he did not receive the confirmation letter

I suggested he search his Spam folder. What can one do if they register, but do not receive the confirmation email, perhaps because their email address was entered incorrectly...?

Edit: Neither of them received the confirmation email, and I know that one has checked her spam folder.

Email sent to both - told them to incluse Username and Email address used to register.

I hope that putting my email on my Sig doesn't increase my spam, but your spam filters divert most of it for me.
