Registration card

I have lost my OW registration card and don't know how to get a new one. Had an address but lost that as well. Would be grateful if someone could let me know it as I am supposed to go to Egypt next month and don't really want to miss the opportunity. Haven't dived for a very long time so should I do the scuba review or start over and do another OW. Thanks alot

From the language of your post I assume you did a PADI course.

Is the webpage they have with details on replacing cards.

I can't see any reason for you to redo the whole open water course. A good scuba review should get you back on your horse.

You have no area on your profile, if you are UK based phone PADI International in Bristol on 0117 300 7234 and ask them to put you through student diver c-cards dept.
Defiantly do a scuba review before again.

Just in case you don't get your replacement card in time before you go to Egypt, you'll still be able to dive, because the dive shops can check on the PADI homepage whether you are certified and what level you are. All it takes is your name and birth date. They won't be able to find out how many dives you have done and how long ago, but as you're planning to do a refresher anyway, it doesn't matter.
Agree with above, no need to do the whole course again.
