Reefmaster external flash with S1 IS

A big hello to all,

I have a S1 IS and a reefmaster external flash and I was wondering can they be used together.

If this is a stupid question then I apologise as I am very new to U/W photography.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I read some other threads and started playing about with my set up and so far it seems to work well I have yet to try it out underwater but I'm going to do that in four weeks time in Koh Samui, Thailand.

I'll post an update then
