Has anyone been to Airlie Beach or dived with Reefjet? Did you enjoy it? What was it like? Any info would be helpful.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Went out with them 3 years ago, excellent, geared towards divers, went out again 12 months ago, geared towards tourists who want to see Isle Inlet, Whitehaven Beach, Snorkel or a quick intro dive, diving IMHO does not seem to be their main aim anymore.. Up to 12 months ago i would have recommended to any friend REEFJET, but not since my last experience

Can i suggest you give Reef Safari a buzz if you are basing yourself in or around Airlie and see what they recommend.. Reef Safari SCUBA Diving :: HOME and no i am not connected with them.. apart from doing my OW with them a few years ago

Cheers

Jim

Not tried Reefjet, but have dived several times off Airlie Beach - pretty good, tho Id say the presence of the Whitsundays make it very overcrowded compared to other areas on the reef, such as further south off Bundaberg. Being a huge backpacker/tourist hub, however, there's no shortage of one thing in Airlie Beach

The Airlie Beach beauties! Enjoy
