recommended small video light?

Hello,

please recommend me small video light, small in size, small in price if possible that uses regular rechargeable batteries

I know that low price and nice diffused light is maybe hard to find, but please tell me your experiences and recommendations

Important is that it gives sufficient light for wrecks, caves, and nice warm diffused light
