I will be diving in Provo this February. I will be diving with either Dive Provo or Turtle Divers. Has anyone dove with either of these operators and can you provide any feed back or recommendations on which would be a better choice.

You might want to check if anyone has reviewed any Dive Shops on ScubaCurrents.com in T&C. Pretty good resource to see listings of shops and also if someone has reviewed them/recommends anything

I've used dive Provo. Larger boats and the stayed around the Provo dive sites. Not a bad operation by any means, just not my favorite.
I would recommend Flamingo divers. Small boat, 8 divers max., great service and will run you out to the west Caicos sites. It's run by a husband and wife team who really take care of you.
Sorry no experience with turtle.
