If you’re looking to do a long trip for cheap, you should really look to Southeast Asia. You can bump around Thailand for 3 weeks for the price you’d pay for that palau aggressor liveaboard, and probably do 5x the diving. There’s also a much better tourism infrastructure (assuming the world goes back to normal).
If I had 4 weeks, I would do Thailand > Sipadan, Malaysia, and Bali (or somewhere in that part of Indonesia).
