We were just in Dominica for 11 days. Dove with Cabrits in the north and Nature Island Dive in the south. NID is redoing their website last I looked and during Carnival we had a hard time reaching them by phone, but by searching this board I did find a second number and we really liked them. We dove L'Abym which was amazing and my Dad who lives in Dominica highly recommends Scott's Head Pinnacle. Cabits is fine, but their operation is heading a bit down hill. The owners are going through a divorce and so certain aspects were not the same level of quality we had 2 years ago. Like the XL wetsuit had the ass completely shredded in it and there were issues with the on boat toilet facilities. Needless to say getting my own properly fitted wetsuit is a top priority, but until then, I was much more impressed with the equipment at NID. I also preferred Tony the DM at NID.
