recommendation for trip to keys in December

We are planning a trip to the keys this December for a family getaway. We are a group of 4 very experienced divers. Were supposed to go to Belize but with the mask mandate and 9pm curfew we have cancelled. Looking for a resort with a dive op onsite. We prefer smaller groups and would like an operation that dives Pennekamp. Dove several times out of Taviner years ago but shop is long gone. Any suggestion on accomodations and op?

This isn’t a resort with onsite diving, but if you’re going to be in Key West at all, I recommend Finz dive center. We did a private charter on their smaller boat and they were able to take us out to spots with no other divers, healthy reef, and lots of fish. Good personalized service, too.

Have you guys decided where you're staying and whom you are diving with? We had a great experience with Horizon Divers in the Key Largo area but thinking of doing a last minute trip in November or December to get some dives on the Vandenberg. Would love to hear what your research has turned up for Key West! Thanks
