There are countless books for identifying species but can anyone recommend a book about the life on a reef?

e.g. what does a cow fish eat and who eats a cowfish?

I have been very pleased with Snyderman & Wiseman (1996) Guide to Marine Life Caribbean Bahamas Florida.

You appear based out of the Pacific, so this book will probably be less specific regarding species.
