So I just got a pretty good deal on an olympus e-pm1 camera, housing, zoom gear and ufl-1 strobe.

I need to pick up a tray, arms and fiber optic sync cable now and am wondering what ones you guys would recommend.

I bought my tray, arms, and sync cables from Optical Ocean Sales. The owner is a diver and knows his stuff.

Also, consider getting the 60 mm macro lens. It fits in your housing (if you got the one without the led lights).

another endorsement for optical ocean sales.
I use this set with an epl2:

I wasn't completely happy with the position of the housing on the tray relative to handle. I wanted to be able to reach the zoom control without taking my hand off the handle.
I just flipped the tray over so I could slide the housing exactly where I wanted it without interference from the raised edge.
Very easy to do with simple wrench.
I love it now. very easy and natural in my hand.

I bought my cables, arms, clamps, etc from Optical Ocean Sales as well, good folks.

I agree Optical Ocean Sales are good to work with. They handle I-Das arms, clamps, trays etc. Good value and reasonable service. Very informative with straight talk.

I actually like teh I-DAS arms and the clamps, in particular better than the Ultralight and they are cheaper.

The Lightweight arms work well for most all of the new smaller strobes. But the main issue is they don't work great with the Stix floatation system, for those who want to make their rigs more neutral underwater. The Stix systems is designed for arms like I-Das and Nauticam.

Lots of options for trays and arms for the PM1 system here is a link to just a few.

Two comments. First you may want to add some form of Focus/video/night dive light to your system. Second, while we are an Olympus dealer we typically don't stock the Olympus UFL strobes. They do work great for those who want to shoot in TTL/Auto but there are some other very good strobes out there now. May want to talk to someone about options if you have a chance to return the UFL. Again not saying it is a bad strobe but they are a little dated.
