Recent Scuba diving death in Mexico??

I know someone who said their friend recently died while scuba diving in Mexico. Sometime within the last couple weeks. I don't know any details or what caused the death. Just wondering if anyone has heard about it, or has any more info? I didn't see anything on the DAN website. I am curious where it was and what the cause was.
