I saw the nice report from @outofofficebrb in 2018 on diving Tubbataha from MV Discovery Palawan. I wondered if anyone can report more recent experience. 6 years is a while, especially if they include 2020 - 2021.

I've been on the DP 3 times now; most recently this past May. It's one of two boats I use annually for Tubb trips.

Service remains top-notch and food remains on point (although some years/trips are better than others). But, and I've told ownership this, the boat has been in the fleet for a very long time now and really needs to be pulled out and a proper refurb done. Cabins remain liveable (esp for just a week), but they really can benefit from some detailed TLC.

tl;dr - one of top two/three boats in the Tubbataha fleet.
