Howdy folks!

Is there anything special about rebuilding Nautec valves (NA market)? I looked at kit pics and they look like standard valve kits. Nautec says "Service kits and part components are only available to Authorised Resellers and Service Certificate holders"--is this the usual corp BS or is there something very special about these valves that only Nautec trained techs will know?

Nautec seems to be into these disclaimers - here is another one "Attention! Do not attempt to repair NAUTEC-valves yourself. Unauthorized repair or tampering is hazardous and WILL VOID your warranty and NAUTEC liability. Maintenance and repairs by NAUTEC trained experts only!"

Good product, but WTF?

Cheers~
