My first Scubapro rebuild in years and I’ve messed up. It is an O2 clean project so I don’t want to take it apart too many times. Hoping one of you gurus can at least point me to a place to start.

Everything seemed fine when I hooked it up to my tank...until I looked at my IP gauge. It was off the chart. And simply fine tuning the adjustment made no difference.

Where should I start?

Ok move along. Nothing to see here.

In my defense I will say it has been a bad week and a long day...

(I found my mistake)

so it is locking up and not freeflowing the 2nd? were there any shims previously installed?
The second did freeflow until I turned the adjustment knob and it quit. I assumed a rebuild or at least a tuning was needed for the second, until I checked the IP and that explained the freeflow.

She says sheepishly “The HP seat was upside down.” :shakehead:
Well shucks, who hasn't done something like that! At least a mistake like that shows up quick instead of waiting until you're in the water!
