Reasonable DM Dive prices for extended stay in Carribean/Central America

I am looking to take a dive holiday for 3-4 weeks, and would like to keep the price on the low end.
I am a PADI certified DM and want to pay a flat rate as well as offer services in a dive shop in return for lodging and unlimited diving.

Is anyone familiar with such deals??

Do you have PADI insurance? You would need that to work at a shop in case something happens and you get sued. That is $300 right there. It's probably cheaper just to dive in Utilia than pay that.
