I'm considering trying to launch a new service were divers can share and view near real-time dive conditions for specific dive sites. The site would act a bit like eBay were people would pay (about $5) for each report that they want to view and people would get paid for each report someone buys that they posted.
I made a short survey to see if there is interest in this type of service. I would really appreciate it if you took 5 minutes (very short survey) and gave me your feedback.
